This session will explore ways to develop a differentiated PD model that capitalizes on the power of Social Media-based PLNs. Replacing the Sit and Get PD norm, self-designed PLNs can accommodate teachers' and administrators' wide range of learning styles and can support their varying skills, experiences and needs. Participants will explore numerous practical examples of self-directed differentiated PD models.
